Terms of Service
Last updated October 22, 2026
The short version
- CrewStay360 shows crashpads’ open beds and passes your questions to their owners.
- Any rental is between you and that pad’s owner, under the owner’s rental agreement.
- Owners keep their pages accurate and follow housing law. We can’t guarantee either.
- Use the site honestly. Washington law applies.
The full terms below are what count.
1. Who we are
CrewStay360 (crewstay360.com) is operated by Kenny Explores America LLC (“CrewStay360,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and us. By using the site, sending a form or publishing a pad page, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy notice. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
You must be at least 18 to use the site.
2. What CrewStay360 does, and doesn’t do
CrewStay360 is a nationwide listing platform: crashpad owners across the United States show their open beds, prices and house rules, and airline crew ask about a bed. When you ask, we pass your message to that pad’s owner.
Unless we are the owner of a pad, we are not a landlord, property manager, real estate broker or agent, and we are not a party to any rental. Any rental, deposit, fee, payment, move-in, access arrangement or dispute is between you and the pad’s owner, under the owner’s rental agreement and the law.
Some pads on CrewStay360, including SEA ManPad, are run by Kenny Explores America LLC, the same company that operates the site. For those pads we are also the owner, and our rental agreement for that pad applies to any rental.
3. Pad pages and availability
Each pad page is published by that pad’s owner from the owner’s own records. Open beds, dates, prices, photos, descriptions and house rules come from the owner. Beds can be taken and prices can change at any time, so a pad page is not an offer or a reservation. The owner confirms the bed, the price and the terms with you directly.
We don’t inspect pads and don’t check owners’ information. We don’t guarantee that any pad, owner, page or bed is accurate, available, safe, legal or suitable for you. Visit, read the rental agreement and ask questions before you pay anything.
Pads on CrewStay360 are for working airline crew. Owners may ask you to show crew ID. We don’t verify anyone’s identity or employment.
4. Asking about a bed
When you use “Ask about a bed,” give your own accurate information. Sending a request doesn’t reserve a bed or oblige you or the owner to anything. The owner decides whether and how to reply.
5. Owners who publish a pad page
If you publish a pad page, you confirm that:
- you have the right to rent the beds you show;
- what you publish is accurate and kept current, and you have the right to publish it, including any photos;
- you follow all laws that apply to you and your pad, federal, state and local, including fair housing and anti-discrimination laws, landlord-tenant law, building, zoning and safety codes, business licensing and taxes;
- your page doesn’t state a preference, limitation or discrimination that the law doesn’t allow (see Fair housing);
- you handle the information people send you with care and use it only to reply about a bed.
You keep ownership of what you publish. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, show, format and share it on CrewStay360 to run the site. Keep your publish key private: anything sent with it counts as published by you. We may edit for format, hide or remove any page at any time, for example if it looks inaccurate, unlawful or unsafe.
6. Using the site fairly
Don’t:
- send false, misleading or someone else’s information, or impersonate anyone;
- send spam, advertising, or harassing, threatening or unlawful messages;
- copy, scrape or harvest pad pages or people’s information in bulk, or use the site to build a competing list;
- try to get around security, rate limits or access controls, probe for weaknesses, or overload the site;
- use the site for anything illegal.
We may block access or remove content to protect the site, its users or others.
7. Our content
The CrewStay360 name, logo, site design and text (other than owners’ content) belong to us. You may view and share links to the site for personal use. Don’t copy or reuse them otherwise without permission.
8. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, email support@crewstay360.com with: your contact details; the work you believe is infringed; the page and content you want removed; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature. We’ll review it and may remove the content.
9. Other services
The site runs on, and may link to, services we don’t control, such as Cloudflare (hosting) and owners’ own lock or payment apps. Their terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we aren’t responsible for them.
10. No warranties
The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, housing or opportunities, arising from the site, any pad page, any owner or user, or any rental, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
These limits don’t apply where the law doesn’t allow them, and they don’t limit anything we owe you as the owner under a rental agreement for one of our own pads.
12. Your responsibility
To the extent the law allows, you will defend and cover us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that come from your breaking these Terms, your content, or your dealings with an owner or a renter.
13. Disputes
Washington State law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site goes to the state or federal courts in King County, Washington, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Either of us may use small claims court instead where it qualifies. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to sort it out.
14. Changes and ending
We may change the site or these Terms. When we change the Terms we’ll update the date at the top; using the site after that means you accept the change. We may suspend or end access to the site, and you may stop using it, at any time. Sections 5 (license), 7 and 9 to 13 survive.
15. The rest
If part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms; we may, as part of a sale or reorganization. These Terms and the Privacy notice are the whole agreement about the site.
