For crashpad owners

Run your crashpad from one board. List it nationwide.

Built at a working crew pad near SEA, where it runs every day: beds, rent, move-ins, door codes and the emails in between. No books to keep in it, and no spreadsheet to update.

What it does

Bed board

Your beds laid out like the house. Drag someone to move or swap beds; the rent follows.

Rent that sets itself up

Each month’s rent and parking appear on the 1st. Late shows as late after your day, nothing more.

Who owes what

One list, one tap to mark paid, with an undo. Receipts go out by themselves.

Emails that send themselves

A welcome with how to get in and their door code, a reminder before the 1st, and a nudge if rent is still open.

Door codes

With a smart keypad (through Seam), each tenant gets a code from move-in to the day after their last night. It never cuts anyone off for late rent.

Openings and the waitlist

See which beds free up in the next 60 days and who’s waiting for one.

Move-in checklist

Agreement, crew ID, move-in fee, door access, welcome. Nothing gets missed.

Your own pad page

A page like the ones here, filled from your bed board, with an ask-about-a-bed form that lands on your waitlist.

Where it is today

It runs as a Mac app at its first pad now. A phone version is next, so you can mark rent paid or check a bed from anywhere. We’re opening it to a few owners first, and we’d like to hear how you run yours.
