The short version
- We collect only what you type into our two forms.
- Your ask goes to that pad’s owner, and nowhere else.
- No cookies, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and we never sell or share your information for advertising.
- Email us and we’ll correct or delete what you sent.
Who we are
CrewStay360 (crewstay360.com) is operated by Kenny Explores America LLC. This notice covers the website. Reach us at support@crewstay360.com.
What we collect
- Ask about a bed: your name, phone number and/or email, airline, the date you’d like to move in, the bed you picked and your note.
- Owners’ early list: your name, email, airport, number of beds, what you use now and your note.
- Technical information: like every website, our host (Cloudflare) receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use your IP address for a moment to limit how many forms one address can send, and we don’t store it in our database.
We don’t ask for, and please don’t send, sensitive information such as government ID numbers, crew badge numbers, health information or payment card details.
What we don’t do
- No cookies, no analytics or tracking scripts, no advertising, no social media pixels.
- We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.
- Pad pages never show who lives at a pad, the street address or any door code.
How we use it
- To pass your ask to the pad’s owner so they can reply.
- To contact owners on the early list about CrewStay360.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam and abuse.
- To follow the law and protect our rights.
Who sees it
- The pad’s owner gets your ask, so they can contact you. Once they have it, the owner’s own privacy practices also apply. For pads Kenny Explores America LLC runs, such as SEA ManPad, that owner is us.
- Service providers that run the site for us under their own security and privacy terms: Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Resend (to email us a copy of new asks and sign-ups).
- Legal reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect people’s safety or our rights.
- A business change: if CrewStay360 is sold or reorganized, under this notice.
How long we keep it
An ask is deleted from the website’s database after 12 months, and an early-list entry after 2 years, or sooner if you ask. A pad’s owner may keep the copy you sent them under their own practices.
Your choices and rights
Email support@crewstay360.com to see, correct or delete what you sent us, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We’ll confirm the request is yours and reply within 30 days. We honor these requests wherever you live. Some state laws give you specific rights; we don’t sell or share personal information, and we don’t use it to profile you. We’ll never treat you differently for asking.
Browsers’ “Global Privacy Control” and “Do Not Track” signals: we don’t track you, so there’s nothing to opt out of, and we treat those signals as an opt-out anyway.
Children
CrewStay360 is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) throughout. Owners’ publish keys are stored only as one-way fingerprints, and access to what’s collected is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise that information will never be exposed. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we’ll tell you as the law requires.
Where it’s stored
CrewStay360 is run from the United States. Our providers may process information in other countries, under their own safeguards.
Changes
If this notice changes, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll make it clear on the site.
