Accessibility
Last updated October 22, 2026
We want everyone to be able to find a bed and get in touch on CrewStay360, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
What we’ve done
- Pages use real headings, lists, labels and landmarks, so screen readers can move through them.
- Everything works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
- Text meets AA color contrast in both light and dark mode, and status (open, opening soon) is always written in words, not shown by color alone.
- Every form field has a written label, and errors are explained in words at the top of the form.
- Pages work at 200% zoom and on small phone screens without sideways scrolling.
- The site needs no scripts, has no time limits and nothing flashes or moves on its own.
- We check every page with automated accessibility testing (axe) when the site changes.
Known limits
- Pad descriptions and house rules are written by each pad’s owner. We ask owners to keep them clear and plain.
- The date picker on the ask form is your browser’s own. You can also type the date.
Tell us if something doesn’t work
If any part of the site is hard to use, email support@crewstay360.com. Tell us the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 3 business days.
If you can’t use a form, email us what you would have sent and we’ll pass it to the pad’s owner for you. If you need an accommodation at a pad itself, see Fair housing.
