Legal contact and complaints
Last updated October 23, 2026
One address for all of it: support@crewstay360.com. Put the topic in the subject (for example “Complaint”, “Privacy request” or “Legal notice”) so it reaches the right place quickly. Kenny Explores America LLC operates CrewStay360. You never have to come to us first: the agencies at the bottom take complaints directly.
Making a complaint
Tell us about anything that went wrong: a pad page that’s inaccurate, unsafe or discriminatory, an owner or user who misled or mistreated you, a charge you dispute, or something we did. Include the pad page’s link or name, what happened and when, and how to reach you.
- We confirm we have it within 3 business days.
- We look into it, which may include asking the owner, and may hide a pad page while we do.
- We tell you what we decided and why within 30 days, or tell you if we need longer and when you’ll hear.
- If you disagree, reply and we’ll review it again.
We aren’t a party to rentals between crew and owners, so we can’t decide a dispute between you or order a refund. We can remove pads, end owners’ access, and tell you where to go next. We don’t retaliate against anyone for complaining, and we keep complaints confidential, sharing only what’s needed to look into them.
Report a pad page
Every pad page has “Report this page” at the bottom. Or email support@crewstay360.com with the page’s link. Something unsafe right now? Call 911 first.
Other topics

- Your rent, deposit, repairs or a move-out at a pad: start with the pad’s owner, who is your landlord. Report repairs from My Stay. If it isn’t sorted out, tell us, and see the agencies below.
- Legal notices, subpoenas and law enforcement requests: email support@crewstay360.com with “Legal notice” in the subject. We tell people about requests for their information unless the law forbids it.
