Crew

• Find a bed by airport, city or ZIP. Each pad page shows its open beds and prices from the owner’s own bed board.
• “Request a bed” sends your request to the owner, who replies to you directly. It isn’t a booking, and CrewStay360 doesn’t take payments.
• Once you’re a tenant, My stay has your agreement, what’s due, your arrival instructions when the owner sends them, and maintenance requests.

Owners

• Add a property, then Create your listing walks you through it: your pad, rooms and beds, photos, costs, then review.
• New listings, and new words or photos on a page, are reviewed before crew see them, usually within a day. Prices, beds and dates change straight away.
• Listing & Community Standards say what a listing may say. Fees says what CrewStay360 costs.

Everyone

• Sign-in and security: passkeys, password and the authenticator app.
• Accessibility, Privacy, Terms, and Legal and complaints.
