City Ambassador Program Terms
Draft for attorney review (draft-2026-10-26).
Taking part
Being a City Ambassador is voluntary and unpaid. There are no duties, hours or quotas, and you can stop at any time by telling us at support@crewstay360.com. It doesn’t make you an employee, contractor or agent of CrewStay360, and you don’t speak for CrewStay360 or for your airline.
What you can do, and what you can’t
You can suggest and write content for the guide of the city you’re approved for. What you write is reviewed before it’s published, and we may edit or decline it. You don’t get access to anyone’s private details, can’t approve business listings or offers, and can’t make commitments to businesses on our behalf.
What you write and photograph
You keep ownership of what you contribute, and you give CrewStay360 a permanent, free licence to publish, edit, adapt and keep it on CrewStay360, including after you stop. Only contribute what you wrote or photographed yourself, or have permission to share. Don’t include people who haven’t agreed to be shown.
Honesty and safety
- Only recommend what you know first-hand, and say when you checked something.
- If a business gives you anything (a discount, a free meal, a gift), tell us before you write about it, and say so where you recommend it.
- Never post crew hotels, trips, schedules, report times, employee or badge numbers, door codes or anything that could put crew at risk.
- Follow the Listing & Community Standards.
Credit
If you choose, we credit you by the name you give us. You can ask us to change it or take it down at any time; what you wrote may stay, credited as a former contributor.
Ending
You can stop whenever you like, and we can end the program or someone’s place in it at any time.
